On Track Staff: Track Marshal, Pit Marshal, Head Marshal, Race Director
Based on the tracks and focussed on the race itself, you will be helping customers into karts and keeping them safe throughout the race. We look for reliable team players, who are passionate about delivering the best service in a fun environment. Roles require a minimum of 6 months’ customer service experience.
Off Track Staff: Front of House, Bar Staff, Event Hosts
Based around the tracks and focussed on keeping our customers on pole from registration and driver briefings to serving food and drink. We look for people who stand out from the crowd and enjoy working in a fast paced, busy environment. Roles require a minimum of 6 months’ customer service experience.
Mechanics: Trainee, Mechanic, Head Mechanic
The unsung heroes of all our tracks. Responsible for keeping our karts, clean, safe and ready to race. Organised and efficient you will undertake daily, weekly and monthly tasks as well as the unexpected ad hoc maintenance. We recruit trainees with 6 months experience to Head Mechanics with 3+ years in the automotive and/or electrical fields dependent on the karts.
Track Management: Duty Manager, Assistant General Manager, General Manager
First job as a manager or looking for a change? These jobs need you to lead by example, whilst inspiring employees and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the track. With new tracks opening all the time our management structure has never looked so good. We look for a minimum of 12-18 months’ supervisory experience at DM level, ideally within a leisure or retail background.
Office Opportunities: Event Coordinators, Outbound Sales, Finance, Marketing, Recruitment
Looking to join the fun in an office role? We have office teams based in Farnham and Warrington. We look for a minimum of 12 months’ experience in either sales, administration or finance dependent on the job but always with an emphasis on customer service, attention to detail and working in a team.
